Apply: Corporate & IP Lawyer (Pharma/Healthcare Sector)

My client is one of the leading players within the Pharmaceutical sector with strong presence across the APAC Market. They are currently recruiting for a Mid-Level (6-8 PQE) Corporate & IP Counsel to join their team here in Singapore. This is a regional role supporting the APAC offices across the region.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will be providing legal support to the respective business functions across the regional offices on the legal affairs that arise from their daily business operations, with a particular focus on Intellectual Property and Trademark matters. You will also be responsible for drafting, negotiating and reviewing of a broad range of commercial agreement such as licensing & distribution agreements, supplier agreements, Research & Development Contracts.

The ideal candidate should have 6- 8 years of experience gained from a leading local/international law firm or as an inhouse counsel. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong corporate commercial & IP portfolio management experience to join the Pharmaceutical sector. Prior healthcare/pharma experience would be preferred, but not mandatory.

Mandarin proficiency will be helpful, but not mandatory. You should be someone who can work independently with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
