Client Details

 Fantastic opportunity for an high level Senior Human Resource Business Partner to join a 400 employee strong operation. As a Senior HR Business Partner you will provide leadership and guidance to a small team of 2 HR advisors based across ANZ. Reporting directly in to the HR Director you will be responsible for 

  • HR Operations
  • ER/IR & Polices 
  • Performance/ Development
  • Strategy Planning 
  • Business Partnering
  • Talent Acquisition 
  • Reporting/Payroll
  • Wellness 
About you 
  • Previous experience guiding, supporting, coaching and developing leaders and employees in complex HR matters
  • 7+Years Within  a Business Partnering/Management role 
  • Experience in a Multi-site environment 
  • Bachelor qualification or higher in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Strategic thinker, able to assess complex matters and provide timely, relevant advice.
  • Energetic, passionate and driven with a desire to achieve outstanding results in a team environment and ensure the highest standard of outcomes.
