Are you an established Mortgage Broker looking to diversify into commercial broking? This commission-only opportunity provides expert training and mentorship, allowing you to offer commercial finance solutions alongside your residential mortgage services.

You'll receive mentoring from a highly experienced Commercial Finance Manager with 20 years in the industry, including time as a Business Banking Manager at a major bank and extensive broking experience. The training will cover commercial property finance, business lending, equipment finance, and property development finance, helping you develop the knowledge and accreditations needed to broaden your service offering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Continue managing residential mortgage applications while gaining expertise in commercial broking.
  • Receive structured training in commercial property finance, business finance, equipment finance, and property development finance.
  • Build relationships with commercial lenders and BDMs to expand your lending panel.
  • Develop the skills needed to structure and submit commercial finance applications and obtain accreditations.
