An exciting opportunity has now arisen to join a fast growing payment solutions company. Reporting into the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the executive leadership team with full responsibility of the company’s financial performance and capabilities. This will include short and long term strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, fund raising, process improvements and compliance.
 
The CFO will provide sound leadership to the finance team in Singapore and Indonesia, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting process. As a trusted partner and advisor to the CEO and senior management, you will provide commercial insights and advice to any business decision and corporate development projects. This could include capital raising, joint ventures and M&A opportunities. As the company is accelerating its expansion, you will review and improve existing procedures and systems, putting in place best practices and ensuring efficiency.
 
The successful candidate will be described as an entrepreneurial, collaborative and influential leader. You will have at least 8 years’ experience in a senior capacity, ideally with a fast growth technology organization. You will have fund raising experience, possessing strong relationship with both local and international banks. You will be professionally qualified with a CA or CPA, with an MBA or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University. The role requires an individual who is both hands-on and strategic.
