RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Leading a small team responsible for financial statement audits, for a range of clients, including:
  • Drafting audit strategies
  • Managing a range of projects
  • Preparation of audit reports
  • Discussion of audit findings with clients
  • Assistance with the preparation of audit strategies and reports
  • Provision of a high level of assistance in conducting audits - professional and technical support to the team
  • Assistance with the development of more junior staff
  • Liaison with stakeholders in your team, in the broader business and within your client-base
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • Relevant accounting/finance tertiary qualifications
  • Previous external audit experience
  • Strong track record with project management of audits
  • Capability to manage financial statement audits
  • Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
