We are looking for a Subject matter Expert/ Lead to drive and execute Healthcare pathways design as part of the Healthcare team.

In this new role, you will be creating a road map for our health business and customers across all the Asian markets we are present in. You will use evidence-based behaviours, established frameworks in behavioural science to design new pathways and services and aid stakeholders in decision making. These programmes can range from diagnosis, treatment and adherence, prevention and wellness. 

We want to improve and enhance our health products and solutions for our customers and keep them engaged in their health journey.


We are looking to identify the following experience and skills: 

• Individuals with at least 10 years of experience in behavioural health, health care, public health environments.
• Individuals with proven experience in designing and deliver customer facing solutions or platforms (insurance , B2C sector).
• Behavioural health research work from gathering user needs to analysing and synthesising research data, translating research into tactical solutions 
• Experience of developing, implementing and evaluating behavioural change programme in healthcare
• Strong analytical skills 
• Strong leadership qualities; ability to manage,  engage and influence internal stakeholders across functions and countries 
• Growth mindset, key to drive change and make a impact
