Responsibilities:

Responsible for operation and maintenance plant electrical distribution systems (MV Switchgear, LV distribution, Emergency Diesel Generators, Power Monitoring system, MCC & VSD, Lighting, UPS etc.).
Responsible for developing and implementing of energy management and monitoring program.
Responsible for developing the standard operating procedures for instrument calibration and implementing of maintenance programs for operational efficiencies and minimize cost.
Evaluate root case analysis reports of major equipment and system failure and develop potential solutions.
Review installations and assembly documentations periodically to ensure compliance with organizational procedures.
Optimise the motion, functions and routes of robots and other equipment and system components.
Responsible for setting up the electrical work shop. & Manage vendor service contracts.
Preparing operation and maintenance budget. & Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Bachelor of Science Degree in Control & Instrumentation/ Electrical/ Chemical/ IT Engineering
1 to 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
Good planning and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to organize, motivate and develop team members.
