5 Days Work Week, Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.15pm

Responsibilities:

Involve in new product development or product promotion to support marketing within specified markets to fulfil the marketing plan.
Generate technical/commercial collateral to support promotion of products through appropriate media e.g marketing sheets, webinars, website updates, e-mailers, exhibitions/conferences etc.
Drive functionality and interactivity of websites
Conduct market research on behalf of the marketing and sales teams to help identify opportunities in the market place. Topics of interest to include new ingredients, consumer trends or competitors analysis.
Play an integral role in the delivery of the Advertising/PR plan and the monitoring of its effectiveness. The role holder will be a key liaison contact for advertising and design agencies, ensuring that input is submitted to meet the deadlines of the publications.
Creativity will be required to deliver a defined project. Creativity can be linked to communication messages, imagery selection, formulation presentation toolkits etc.
Attend to customer visits, in own country and overseas, to support the roll out of marketing initiatives.
Prepare for and attend relevant conferences, exhibitions and customer workshops.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years experiences in chemical industry on sales and marketing, product management, advocacy or consultancy role
Good interpersonal skills, with positive attitude, drive and commercial sense. B2B selling including discussion of technical concepts with customers.
Ability to work on their own without supervision, self-motivated, independent, & able to plan own workload
Adaptable to business changes and needs.
Good communication (incl decent mandarin) & presentation skills.
Good organisational & planning skills.
