A global bank’s new digital platform is seeking a Credit Card Operations Lead to join the team.

As a Credit Card Operations Lead, you will work closely with the Customer service team for credit card related queries, billing operations and resolving any discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage workflow processes for third party vendors, ensuring service level agreements are being met. Partnering key stakeholders for process improvements and system upgrades, you will be a key individual to contribute to change management projects.

The ideal candidate comes with at least 7 years relevant experience in retail banking with a strong understanding of credit card products and processes.
