Senior Risk Manager – Growing E Commerce Startup

The Role:
My Client is a leading E-commerce platform, and we are looking for a Senior Risk Manager to join the team in Singapore. You will be reporting to the CEO on all Risk related matters, and will be leading a lean team in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement new Enterprise Risk framework for the business
Oversee end to end Risk function – including Fraud, Market, and Operational Risk etc
Ability to manage Fraud and Credit Risk methodology
Develop tools to ensure Risk methodologies are up to date and in line with business needs
Build a robust Risk system with the use of AI tools and metrics

Requirements

A bachelors degree in a reputable university
10 years of experience in a Risk role – ideally in a fintech / tech firm
Strong technical and program skills – ideally in Python, SQL, Cloud platform etc
Proven team lead experience
Ability to work well in a lean team
