About the role
An established and fast-growing organization is seeking for a Business Development leader to bring next level of growth for a Plastic Manufacturing company servicing into FMCG, Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical, Packaging sector in the region.

The company has a strong heritage brand that is well established in the domestic market. A visionary and hands-on senior leader will need to exhibit strong leadership and management skill to lead the business development team to the next level of growth. Have specific ownership and accountability of sales target with strong network in Pharmaceutical and cosmetic industry in Malaysia. Develop new accounts in FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Cosmetics industry in Malaysia and Asia Pacific region. Work with the current team to understand different strength and feedback clients’ request to align to company’s R&D planning. Build key relations to better service clients’ increased demand in the region.  

To be successful in this role, you will need to have accumulated at least 10-15 years of sales or business development experience with strong network and relationship in FMCG, Cosmetic and Pharmaceutical industry in Malaysia. Excellent Strong communicator and the ability grow, train and motivate the team towards a common goal.
