Apply: Investment Analyst (Infrastructure)

• Buyside, Singapore based, permanent headcount   
• Salary range: SGD 90,000-110,000 all in with variable bonuses included **Note that it depends on experience and overall performance  
• Sector: Mainly Infrastructure generally

 
Responsibilities would include:

• Performing deal evaluation, due diligence, industry / company analysis and financial modelling
• Supporting various financing and due-diligence workstreams in acquisitions of infrastructure businesses
• Doing up documentations for internal evaluation and approvals, and presenting to board, internal committees and senior management
• Identify key sector developments, monitoring market trends and closely tracking existing portfolio assets to support investment / divestment making decisions
• Conduct research and financial analysis on assigned industry focus. Always be kept in the loop of industry / sector knowledge, new developments as well as macro and regulatory changes.
• Support completion of acquisitions and conducting post-closing initiatives
• Supporting transaction origination through research and follow ups
• Work with all internal and external stakeholders well

 
Profile of ideal candidate

• 2-5 (maximum) years of working experience in a similar investment banking, Big 4, corporate finance, private equity, infrastructure advisory, project finance, M&A capacity etc
• Degree in any discipline, with excellent academic qualifications
• Strong analytical insight and spreadsheet modelling skills, as well as a strong understanding of financial statements to an intermediate level
• Good interpersonal, presentation, and written communication skills
• Energetic, highly organized and meticulous. Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines and several diverse work streams.
• Superior analytical aptitude, creative problem-solving abilities and able to do financial modelling  
• Positive, resourceful and a strong team player.
