Production Technician (Stamping, Rotating Shift, MNC, Electronics Industry)

MNC, Electronics Manufacturing Company
West, Company Transport Provided at Designated Point
Rotating Shift (Morning 7am to 3pm, Afternoon 3pm to 11pm, Night 11pm to 7am), 6 Days Work Week (Alternate Saturday)

Responsibilities:

Follow instruction to ensure smooth operation of the production process.
Set up the stamping tool within process specifications limits, record onto check sheet.
Servicing of stamping die including sharpening of punches etc.
Take measurements to ensure product meets specifications.
Follow instruction in daily production to meet good quality output target.
Participate and contribute in resolving process problem in relation of material, machine, method and people.
Carry out corrective and preventive action on quality and environmental non-conformance by using a milestone plan
Check all activities/processes perform within his operation as listed in checklist.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly preventive maintenance.
Maintain good work discipline and 5S in work place/clean room.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary by the superior.

Requirements:

Secondary school educations
Able to speak simple English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking colleagues
Working experience in stamping environment added advantage.
