We are hiring!
 
Due to an uplift across regulatory programs we have an immediate need for a Senior Program Coordinator/ Project Manager to support the Program Manager on an enterprise wide regulatory piece of work.  This is an initial 12 month rolling engagement starting in August/September.

You will be working in a fast-paced, high-profile program with multiple streams running concurrently.
 
Deliverables Include:
 
  • Engage with multiple streams to manage ongoing demand across Business and Technology Teams
  • Engage with Business and Technology SME teams to schedule demands
  • Support the coordination and consolidation of Business and Technology project demands
  • Conduct workshops to forecast future quarterly demand
  • Manage and update forecasts and tasks in the relevant tracking and reporting systems (Clarity, JIRA, Confluence, Finance Spreadsheets)
  • Develop and maintain program reporting
  • Be responsible for continual process and (e.g.  JIRA, Confluence, Spreadsheets)
  • Raise and manage risks and issues

  • 5 + years’ experience in a projects environment.  Ideally within a regulatory program supporting multiple streams/squads
  • Microsoft and Projects Monitoring experience ( JIRA, Confluence, Spreadsheets)
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Enjoys stakeholder engagement
  • Worked across an administration function across a team of 30+ people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - a passion for projects and delivery
  • Financial Services experience
