As Product Manager in their Health Insurance team, this is a critical role that will allow you to participate actively in significant ongoing projects. You will be involved in driving good value proposition and competitiveness in the Singapore health insurance market, and gain strong end to end product management experience.

Key responsibilities  

• Product development and maintenance for existing products.
• Responsible for product conception and execution for all customer and product segments (individual and group health) 
• Project management of new product launches.
• Work closely with the Digital team in development of platform for digital specific products.
• Provide product training to BD/sales team. 
• Prepare and monitor performance of sales and marketing campaigns for health products 

Key Requirements

• Must have a university degree (Finance, Insurance, Marketing, Management, Actuarial)
• 6 to 8 years of experience in insurance product development with either demonstrated key experience in health and/or passionate about this topic 
• Strong conceptualization and analytical skills.  
• Enjoy collaboration and can work as a team to achieve final objective.
