My client is seeking a Project Director to take the lead on multiple major Industrial Projects. You must have experience in managing teams & industrial style projects in VIC.

FutureYou is partnering with this leading development, project, program management and advisory business to recruit a Project Director for the Melbourne office.

With an exceptional reputation in the market for being leaders, this Project Director will lead and oversee the management of multiple projects valued circa $5m - $50m and moving forward other industrial, logistic and manufacturing focused projects.  You will be accountable for building long standing relationships with a varied range of landlords and stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of these projects, and also oversee and manage teams.

You will have completed a Bachelor of Construction, Engineering or a Property related degree, and have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the industry working directly for the builder, client and/or a consultancy as a Project Director, Associate or similar.

Taking lead on these projects, you must have experience in managing major projects in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, commercial, and retail sectors - refurbishments and new buildings. A strong technical knowledge and proven experience in managing design and administering a construction contract, value engineering, buildability, programming, procurement, risk, ongoing operations and stakeholder management.
