Our client is one of the Power transmission system manufacturers in the region.

The incumbent will have hands-on experience on reviewing corporate and commercial contracts, such as NDAs and variation agreements. Work on commercial contracts against guidelines and instructions provided by lawyers and ensure commercial terms aligned with company’s direction. Preparing contracts using templates and drafting contracts for bids, proposals tenders, contract negotiation and management. Advise client with any amendments to the requirement to address any other clarifications needed. Familiar with project legal contract framework in Singapore and provide support in APAC region.

To be successful in this role, the incumbent needs at least 5-8 years of commercial contract management, sales, commercial, legal, technical within the heavy industry, construction or manufacturing environment. Knowledge of contract law will be advantageous. Strong familiarity to review contractual document liaising with multiple stakeholders to validate and comply will be mandatory.
