Apply: Employment Associate/Senior Associate 3-6 PAE

Our client is seeking a highly motivated employment Associate or Senior Associate with 3-6 years’ PAE to join a developing and growing Employment practice of a global firm, working primarily with specialists in the industry.
 
Acting for a mix of insurers/reinsurers, large corporates/employers, public bodies & some high-net worth individuals (predominately with a defendant focus), you will have the opportunity to become involved in a broad mix of litigious & advisory work including:
 

• Workplace relations and pure employment law issues;
• Respondent employment disputes work in both the tribunals & also civil courts.
• Industrial relations & Fair Work Commission matters; as well as
• General advisory work.

The candidate will possess the following skills:

• A minimum of 3-6 years' PAE gained within a top-tier, mid-tier or boutique employment specialist law firm on the employer side;
• Prior exposure to both tribunal court work within industrial relations & workplace relations ;
• A team player with a keen interest in marketing, business development & client events.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Ability to manage and run your own caseload of files autonomously;
• A positive “can-do” attitude.
