Administration & Reception All Rounder | South Hedland

Our client is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Administration & Reception All Rounder to join their team in South Hedland. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administration, reception, customer service, and general office support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and provide professional front-of-house reception support
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and email enquiries
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Manage bookings, schedules, and appointments
  • Assist with accounts administration, invoicing, and general office tasks
  • Support multiple departments with day-to-day administrative duties
  • Maintain an organised and efficient office environment
About You
  • Previous experience in Administration, Reception, Office Support, Customer Service, or an All Rounder role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed
