Project Manager – Structural Steel



 

My client is an Australian owned Engineering and Manufacturing company who has the second stage of a number of structural steel buildings being built in Canberra.

They require an experience Structural Steel on site project manager to start immediately for a 2 month contract a further month can be extended onto a Sydney base site if required!

Note: Further projects are coming onto the pipeline and may be able to run continuously



Essential criteria 


  • Min 4 -5 years’ experience Project Managing Structural Steel builds
  • Previous project build value of $3 million plus exposure
  • Must hold an approved awareness of asbestos ticket
  • Must be able to read & interpret structural steel drawings
  • Have on site stakeholder exposure
  • Able to implement site quality systems
  • QA – complete hand over & finish for Engineers to sign off to following trade
  • Ability to make decisions
  • Previously worked on live sites - Advantageous

  • Hourly rate + super
