My client is a leading US law firm with a long standing reputation in big-ticket International Capital Markets transactions, particularly in the US. They are the go-to Law Firm for Chinese companies who are looking to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE).

On the other hand, they are also highly regarded in the Hong Kong where they advise companies on their equity offerings in Hong Kong, as well as other markets across the Asia-Pacific regions. They act for underwriters, sponsors, issuers as well as other financial intermediaries. They are particularly strong in the Technology, Real Estate as well as the Energy & Infrastructure sector.

They are currently on a lookout for a Junior Corporate Finance Lawyer to join their leading team here in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be a Hong Kong Qualified Solicitor with 1-2 years of experience gained from a leading local/international law firm with a well-established Corporate Finance practice. You should be trilingual (English, Mandarin, Cantonese) with a strong understanding and knowledge of the listing rules and regulations.
