The Role:
Senior corporate secretariat opportunity responsible for ensuring full compliance with corporate governance standards, mainboard Listing obligations, and regulatory requirements, while serving as one of the primary liaisons for board governance and statutory matters. You will oversee the end-to-end coordination of board and committee meetings, AGM/EGM processes, regulatory filings, shareholder communications, and maintenance of statutory records.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years’ corporate secretariat experience, with at least 5 years in an in-house role supporting listed companies.
• Stable career history with Listed firms (people management a preference but not a must)
• Professional qualification as Corporate Secretariat, Governance, or Law (e.g., LLB, ICSA, CS) with strong knowledge of SGX corporate governance rules, company law, and regulatory compliance across local and international markets.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills, with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
