About the role

As a Duck Creek Application Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge solutions utilizing Duck Creek Technologies. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and design Duck Creek applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Lead the development and implementation of Duck Creek applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
  • Stay current with Duck Creek platform updates and industry trends, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
 
Experience
  • Strong understanding of P&C insurance E2E Policy & Billing lifecycles and other components.
  • Strong understanding of DC Anywhere APIs, MVVM architecture.
  • Experience in 8.x Policy Active Delivery, and Billing modules best practices and DevOps and automated testing with related tooling.
  • Duck Creek bootcamp trained & certified required.
  • Knowledge of Personal, Injury & Commercial Insurance products highly desirable
  • Experience/knowledge of software development life cycle for P&C insurance software.
