A rapidly expanding water technology company is looking for an HR manager to set up and manage the full spectrum of HR responsibilities.
 
Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and administer programs, procedures and guidelines to help align the workforce with the strategic goals and vision of the company.
• Establish standards and procedures for all HR matters.
• Keep abreast of the latest ongoing employment laws in the respective country and/or region and adhere to compliance.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and resolve any discrepancies in processes.
• Provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation and benefits, learning and development, budget, recruitment and other HR-related matters.
• Establish the company wage, salary structure and pay policies.

 
Skills/Experience:

• At least 5 years of Human Resource experience preferably in the water, oil & gas or chemical industry
• Broad knowledge in the area of talent acquisition, talent development, compensation and benefits etc.
• Experience in implementing solid HR policies and processes.
• Prior experience setting up the HR function in an organization would be preferable.
