Apply: Senior Strategy Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Strategy Manager to lead group wide strategy and M&A focusing on delivering customer and shareholder outcomes for one of Australia's leading energy organisations. You will analyse a number of strategy and environmental factors to find the best opportunities which will deliver sustained growth keeping the organisation one step ahead of the competition particularly in the non-carbon energy space.

The role requires someone with a strong background in management consultancy who an influence at the highest level through the delivery of compelling business cases and sound market analysis.

What we are looking for

• Degree level qualifications, preferably in commerce, engineering or another relevant discipline.
• Extensive experience in strategy consulting and business planning including a well-developed management consulting toolkit.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Excellent presentation and business writing skills with a proven ability to communicate clearly and convincingly and produce high quality PowerPoint presentations for different audiences.
• Proven and effective stakeholder management skills and an ability to influence outcomes with external and internal stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering commercial outcomes.
