What You Will Be Doing

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement and post-placement care
• Focus on retained recruitment across Local Government, with roles up to Manager level
• Deliver recruitment solutions across permanent and contract markets
• Build and deepen relationships with councils and public sector organisations
• Maintain a high-quality talent pool and ensure compliance with best practice standards

 
What We Are Looking For

• Experience in Local Government or public sector recruitment, or a strong interest in these areas
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people and community impact
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A collaborative, agile approach with a commitment to continuous learning
