About the Role:
Our client, a global events platform within the FinTech ecosystem, is seeking a Marketing Lead to drive brand recognition, maximize reach, and optimize ROI. This role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a growth-focused marketing strategy aligned with brand voice, objectives and communications cadence
Own and optimise key marketing channels, including social media, performance marketing and marketing partnerships
Launch and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive brand awareness, excitement and revenue growth
Ensure high-quality execution and delivery across all marketing initiatives and campaigns
Build, manage and mentor a high-performing team of marketing specialists
Partner closely with internal stakeholders across Design, Sponsorship, Speakers, Community and Operations to deliver integrated campaigns
Drive innovation within the marketing function through new tools, technologies and structured approaches
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies across web3, AI and FinTech

Our Ideal Candidate:

5–10+ years of experience in Marketing and/or Partnership roles within Fintech/SaaS platforms/AI Companies
Strong commercial mindset with a clear focus on growth, ROI and impact
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
Highly resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse internal teams
