Funds Lawyer (1-4 PQE)

My client is an established player within the Private Funds field and is currently recruiting for a Junior Funds Lawyer to join their team here in Singapore. This is a newly created role due to business demand.

Their team advises on a full suite of funds work, from structuring, establishment to the investment and downstream aspects such as acquisitions and disposals.

As a Junior in the team, you will be responsible for drafting of key documentations such as subscription agreements, investment management agreements, private placement memorandum, etc.

Requirements:

Singapore Qualified
1-4 PQE gained from a reputable local & international law firm
In-Depth experience in handling private funds work
Strong knowledge of setting up of various Corporate funds structures
Good academic credentials
