Our client a leading NSW Government Department are looking for a Civil/Environmental Engineer to join their team on a contract until the end of June 2022 (potential for extension)

This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team of professional Engineers and Scientists delivering specialist flood, coastal and hydraulic related projects and services to the community. With the opportunity to work on projects involving coast and marine studies, including physical and/or numerical modelling of coastal structures and coastal processes.

To be successful in this role, you will:
  • Have a strong customer service focus with the ability to meet challenging deadlines
  • Have the ability to think outside the square and be solutions focused
  • Be Degree qualified in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Science
  • Have comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in coastal studies,
  • Including physical and/or numerical modelling of coastal structures and coastal processes
  • Demonstrable experience in the preparation of technical proposals and reports
  • Have strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise multiple workloads and meet tight deadlines
  • Have sound written and verbal communication skills.
