You will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice and support to clients in the banking and finance industry. Your expertise in transactional work, regulatory compliance, and risk management will be key in ensuring the success and legal compliance of financial transactions.

Requirements:

1 + PQE Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer
Solid experience in the Banking and Finance Practice
Strong command in English and Chinese for internal & external communications and engagement
