PROGRAM DIRECTOR, TESTING

Seeking for a expereienced program management talent in the testing domain. Canddiate who strong full end to end SDLC program management track records are welcome to apply;

Define and own the programme test strategies to cover multiple technology work streams across all test phases
Define the test plan, test phases, milestones ensuring integration with the overall delivery plan including entry and exit criteria, quality gates, test data and test environment management
Coordinate all testing activities with test teams across multiple streams, managing testing to agreed plans across all areas of business and technology
Work closely with programme management and business stakeholders
Review project scope and project timelines with the programme manager, provide test estimates and work with the stream Test Leads to plan for testing delivery
Identify cross project/stream dependencies and ensure optimization of test plan.
Monitor test progress and ensure testing is executed as per the Test Plan.
Define and maintain a test status and progress dashboard run daily and weekly status calls with project teams as well as with business stakeholders across several locations
Own programme test status reporting
Maintain test artefacts for the project in line with organisational standards
Drive cross programme defect Management, anchor triage calls with projects teams, technical/business solution team on SIT & UAT defects
