Client Details
Due to a significant capital injection my client seeking to bring on an experienced Development Manager to focus on projects within their land portfolio. My client is a private developer that focuses on mixed-use developments they have an excellent team culture and are currently going through a massive period of growth.
 
Description
You will be responsible for managing and delivering a number of residential land projects across Melbourne. You will also work alongside the General Manager in identifying potential development sites across all asset classes across Australia. This role requires a high autonomy and will responsible for managing a small team of Assistant Development Managers.
 
Profile
With a strong background in delivering quality residential land projects you would have worked for a Tier 1 or 2 property developer. Having at least 7 years of residential land experience in the Australian marketplace, you will have the ability to lead front the front and have experience in delivering your own residential land projects. Candidates from interstate with the right experience will be considered.
