Contract: 3–4 weeks
Rate: $46 per hour + super

We are recruiting a Business Support / Administration Officer to provide short-term support within an Infringements team at a local council based in Lilydale.
This is a short-term contract (3–4 weeks) and would suit someone with strong administration skills who can quickly step into a fast-paced, confidential local government environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing infringements, payments, and related data
  • Accurate data entry and record management
  • Supporting administrative processes within the Infringements function
  • Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with policies and procedures
About You:
  • Ability to communicate effectively and handle sensitive information confidentially
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to plan and organise work in a busy and complex environment
  • Proven ability to produce work that is timely, accurate, and of a professional standard
  • Experience applying administrative processes and procedures
  • High level of proficiency across a range of office-based software systems and applications
