Ethos Beathchapman in partnership with one of our key financial services clients is currently seeking a Senior Business Analyst with experiecnce producing target operating models to improve customer service.  The contract opportunity is initially 6 months engagement with the view to extend.

The program is an internal focus around the existing operating models across the business with a view around back end processes and processes that allow customer interactions to be made simple.

The role requires an inital BA process focus with an Agile approach to kick of the dicsovery sessions,  to analysis and help to understanding the gaps, highlighting the necessary improvements, and how it impacts technology and the overall capability that needs to be uplifted.   

Experience required includes:

  • 8+ years E2E business analyst with a process focus
  • Self managing/self-starter
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills
  • Process experience (mapping/re-engineering) essential
  • Soild experience around discovery and delivery of projects to streamline and improve customer service activities and channels, including customer facing and back-end processing.
  • Transformation experience, and ideally projects that have started from the begining of discovery all the way through to technology changes and delivery
  • Scrum Certified


Due to the nature of the program Financial Services experience is essential.
