The Opportunity

We are seeking a capable and motivated HR & WHS Administration Assistant to join our supportive and growing team in Coffs Harbour. This full-time role plays an important part in supporting both our Human Resources and Workplace Health & Safety functions, as well as assisting with general administration.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail and a people-focused approach, who is keen to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with HR processes including onboarding, training coordination and compliance tracking
  • Support WHS activities such as recordkeeping, registers, audits and safety communications
  • Manage general administration tasks: email and phone correspondence, document handling, and supplier communication
  • Maintain key registers including vehicles, licences, insurance, and training
  • Coordinate uniforms, office supplies, and assist with internal events and initiatives
  • Support administrative processes for new projects and team activities
  • Provide ad hoc assistance across marketing, accounts and operations as required
About You
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable using digital tools and systems such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn
  • Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
