An exciting 12 month fixed term contract role has been created due to increased workload across the team.  My client is one of the most recognised brands in the Australian financial services sector and they are looking to recruit a well-rounded Senior Finance Operations Officer, who will join a decicatedF Financial Operations team and take ownership of the following deliverables:

  • Accounts Payable - end to end daily/weekly payment processing (review and approval)
  • Accounts Receivable - daily banking and direct debit processing (review level)
  • Month-end GL reconciliations plus other ad-hoc duties
  • Involvement in ad-hoc projects including finance system upgrade

My client is seeking an ethusiastic and motivated individual with experience in the following areas:

  • 5+ years' finance operations experience with experience specifically gained in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable.
  • Experience operating in a medium to high volume transactional environment.
  • Experience in a medium to large corporate environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Continuous improvement mindset
