A great opportunity for an experienced Onboarding & Team Coordinator to join this busy team for a short-term temporary assignment.


About the role:
  • Support the management of resource, including maintenance of resource trackers, organising interviews, onboarding & welcoming newcomers, ordering equipment, and preparing materials.
  • Assisting with formal onboarding as well as onboarding into the branch.
  • Maintain resource trackers
  • Serve as a communication link between team members and other stakeholders in the branch.
  • Schedule & organise project meetings / workshops with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support forum & meeting logistics, review schedule and actions management and logs management.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project reports, to track progress and support decision-making.
  • Assist in branch procurement activities under Assistant Director guidance.
  • Manage branch leave calendar.
  • Assist team members, project managers and directors for Ad hoc project administrations tasks.

About you:
  • Demonstrate strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate experience in hands-on resource management.
  • Demonstrate well-developed communications skills.
  • Demonstrate competency in Microsoft applications, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Benefits:

  • 2 months assignment with the possibility to be extended
  • Full time hours Monday to Friday
  • Melbourne location + hybrid working from home options.
  • $55.24 per hour + Super
