A leading FMCG MNCs is seeking build up in-house Digital eCommerce technology capabilities (E.g e-commerce, eMarketing, CRM) across the APAC region. They are Seeking for an ambitious entrepreneur digital eCommerce Project Manager to lead this transformation to be part of the eCommerce digital team to spearhead this significant regional digital eCommerce program.

 

Responsibilities:

• Leading the overall design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives on an organisational level.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver agile solution strategies for IT innovation.
• Understanding the digital transformation strategy, facilitating adoption of cloud vision and innovative technologies in driving business goals.
• Procuring IT systems, managing the tender process, contract and vendor outsourcing.
• Managing the project budget, delivery and SLAs to to develop POC and production ready solutions.

 

Requirement:  

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5-7 years in Retail or Cosmetics industry.

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in Operations (Supply Chain) IT and Finance IT with exposure on eCommerce.

• Business IQ with clear understanding of Supply Chain & Finance business processes, how they integrate across business functions and how they are supported by eCommerce solution, with experience in business process architecture.

• Both BA (Business Analysis) capability and experience of technical/architecture standardization are required

• Business change management experience

• Digital, eCommerce, and/or CRM related development expertise is a plus
