This will be a challenging and fulfilling opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate with a polished & professional attitude looking for a Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm on a contract role.

Your role will include, but not be limited to;
  • Processing high volume weekly timesheets
  • Sending sales invoices to clients
  • Arranging invoices import/export across various online systems
  • Customer payment allocations and reconciliation
  • Assisting with report and document preparation when required
  • Working on special projects when assigned
 
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
  • Proficient in using MS Office Word and Excel
  • Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multitasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Your ability to follow processes
  • Your excellent initiative and ability to think outside the box
