Description
As the Internal Communications Adviser you will be responsible for ensuring high quality content development, keeping on top of communications schedules and managing various communications channels.
Key Responsibilities
Support Internal Communications Manager with projects and campaigns
Provide specialist advice on most suitable format or tools for given audiences
Work with stakeholders to adopt best practice in communications
Identify innovative and effective communication channels to engage employees
Support videos for staff
Draft short stories and profiles for various channels such as Yammer, newsletters and intranet
Work with Web Services team on intranet issues
Develop intranet story banners and sourcing thumbnails
Assist on developing monthly newsletter
Assist with organising communications events and logistics on campaigns
Profile
2-4 years’ internal communications experience in a corporate environment or professional services
Strong editorial skills
Up to date knowledge of the industry’s internal communications tools and strategies
Ability to build authentic relationships
Enjoys collaborating and working in a team environment
