Due to ongoing demand across the regulatory space we have an exciting opportunity in financial services for an experienced Senior Business Analyst. Demand increases for those with banking regulatory and product experience to work on a high profile program. 

Bank regulation is a form of government guidance which subjects banks to certain requirements, restrictions and guidelines, designed to create market transparency between banking institutions and the individuals and corporations with whom they conduct business, among other things.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with proven experience to support a large reg program including keeping on track the project schedule and/or delivery of commitments that have been made. You will have the experience to address business focused regulatory programs against a backdrop of a rapidly changing technology landscape. 

The position will require delivering to agreed timeframes as directed by the Program Manager and working with a team of BA’s whilst providing support to the Senior PM by raising risks, issues and constraints early, and identifying dependencies, assumptions that may impact delivery
 
Experienced required include

• Experience of project management and delivery utilising both traditional and agile methods.
• Responsible for ensuring that all changes are are risk assessed, controlled, and compliant
• A proven strong focus around process design work. This might include enhancing existing processes to incorporate the required and associated controls
• Good understanding of Agile methods including knowledge of SAFe, and SCRUM and applying agile ceremonies across the domains of products
• Proven experience in identifying, owning and managing risks and issues including mitigation throughout the life of the project including Change Management.
• Problem solving and project management experience working with multidisciplinary teams and in a matrix management structure
• Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management
