Are you a digital project management pro with a passion for delivering websites at scale? We’re recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing, privately held conglomerate with diverse interests across property, construction, real estate, manufacturing, hospitality, and health services.

As part of a major brand uplift initiative, the business is seeking a Contract Digital Project Manager to lead the end-to-end rollout of 17 new websites across multiple divisions. You’ll be the central orchestrator, driving quality, functionality, and brand consistency across a diverse digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the delivery of new websites and digital enhancements, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and operational teams to align web content with broader brand and campaign goals.
• Act as the key point of contact for external digital agencies, managing briefs, feedback cycles, and final deliverables.
• Oversee content preparation, ensuring alignment with tone, messaging, and visual guidelines.
• Ensure all sites meet usability, accessibility, SEO, and mobile responsiveness standards.
• Integrate digital features such as booking engines, e-commerce functionality, and third-party tools.
• Monitor site performance using tools like Google Analytics, delivering actionable insights to improve user engagement.
• Conduct QA testing prior to launch, ensuring a polished and high-performing final product.
• Champion digital best practices and contribute ideas to improve the customer journey across web platforms.

What You’ll Bring:

• Demonstrated experience delivering multiple website projects, from concept to go-live.
• Strong understanding of CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Sitecore, etc.).
• Excellent stakeholder management and agency coordination skills.
• Strong copywriting and content editing capabilities, with a focus on clarity and brand alignment.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, UX best practices, and analytics tools.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
