Our client is a leading national mid tier firm with a banking and finance team which continues to go from strength to strength.  Due to growth, an exciting new role has arisen for a Senior Associate with at least 4 years PQE  to join the team.
 
Working in a friendly team environment with partners renowned for their banking expertise, you will be exposed to a variety of banking and finance work for a range of clients including prestigious banks and financial institutions as well as high profile blue chip clients.  In some transactions you will work on the lender side, and others you will work on the borrower side, giving you a diverse experience.  You will focus on corporate finance, including refinancing, project finance, property finance, asset finance and debt capital markets.
 
You have  4+ years PQE in the banking and finance team at a top tier or mid tier firm. Adept at drafting, you enjoy business development and building and maintaining relationships with clients as well as acting as a mentor to junior lawyers.
