Responsibilities

Collaborate with respective HR Managers to close all openings through the most cost and time effective methods
Provide guidance and expertise advice on best practices in sourcing strategy, selection and evaluation techniques and decision making to stakeholders
Provide talent acquisition related data and analytical support as needed to HR Managers
Ensure compliance in talent acquisition related processes
Ensure all documentation received are completed and in accordance with the global/local policies

Requirements

Minimum 2 years experiences in recruitment duties
Experiences in manufacturing or engineering industry is added advantage
Meticulous & pro-active individual with an eye for detail
Committed, self-motivated team player
Only Singaporean may apply
