Apply: Compliance Analyst - Investment Firm (Buy-Side)

The Role:
We are mandated by a leading investment firm specializing in private equity and venture capital that focuses on high-growth sectors and innovative companies for a Compliance Analyst to support the team. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to legal requirements across multiple jurisdictions, including Cayman, BVI, mainland China, and Hong Kong.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with compliance functions such as filing, AML, FATCA, and CRS to meet regulatory standards in relevant jurisdictions.
• Manage company secretarial duties, including the establishment of companies in Hong Kong and offshore regions, and the preparation of board and shareholder resolutions and minutes.
• Collaborate with fund administrators, external company secretaries, and compliance advisors on AML/KYC and compliance issues.
• Prepare and maintain AML/KYC documentation and ensure the relevant database is current.
• Facilitate the opening of bank accounts.
• Undertake additional assignments as required.

 
Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in company secretarial roles, preferably within financial institution; candidates from services providers or professional firms are also welcomed.
• Strong organizational skills and a collaborative team player.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
