Our client who is an established mining services company based in Perth CBD is seeking an experienced Blue Collar Recruitment Consultant to join their team on a 3-month contract. If you're confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and have a strong track record in blue collar recruitment, this is a great opportunity to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles across mining operations and support services
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver quality candidates
  • Source, screen, and onboard candidates efficiently across multiple recruitment channels
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure an exceptional recruitment experience
About You:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant or Recruiter in blue collar sectors (mining, construction, or industrial)
  • Experience coordinating mobilisations or working closely with mobilisation teams is highly regarded
  • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Confident using major job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
