Our client is one of the Global Manufacturers in the region.
 
The incumbent will be in charge of operational P&L for ASEAN region with the responsibility of reviewing and analysing operational activities to ensure optimal performance. Ability to interface and collaborate with various department to better service the client. Lead a team to support regional enquires in ASEAN region.
 
Implementation of business processes and tools related to Innovation & Strategy, Project Management, Supply Chain/Procurement and Commercial. Direct operational activities, implement goals and objectives to meet business and profitability growth objectives. Technical support to field service and commission team. Oversee and ensure smooth operation in workshop and warehousing activities. Achieve workshop productivity with zero under absorption. Review operations and strategies to support sales planning & processes. Overall responsibility and compliance with safety (OHSAS) and quality (ISO) requirements. Provides technical inputs and strategy for claim management
 
To be successful in this role, the incumbent needs to possess at least 10-15 years of experience within the Industrial Machinery industry with hands-on leadership experience of at least 8 years in ASEAN region. Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate experienced managers and engineers. Familiar with SAP and works well under pressure will be advantageous.
