The Role:
Our client is an international law firm in Hong Kong. They are now seeking a Senior Company Secretarial Officer to join their team. You will provide full spectrums of company secretarial matters in a highly professional manner.

Handle Hong Kong and offshore company incorporation
Assist Hong Kong and offshore companies in meeting all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintain and update company secretarial records and registers, statutory filings and up-to-date e-filing system

Requirements:

Degree holder of Company Secretarial Studies/ Corporate Administration/ Corporate Governance or related discipline
Associate Membership of the HKCGI
Min. 8 years' working experience in company secretarial matters is preferred
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
