At WGSN, we’re always interested in speaking to talented individuals with a background in account management or new business development to join our Verona office.
 
Role dependant, an example of the key responsibilities and expectations are:

• Achieve revenue targets and defined KPIs as agreed with the Country Manager and Head of Sales; including business development and client acquisition
• Research and self-sourcing of new business
• Demonstrate clear and accountable relationship building with identified targets
• Drive sales and build relationships. 
• Conduct client orientations that promote our services and educate customers on how to use our products 
• Complete renewal processes including drafting/submitting signed documents from client 
• Manage a portfolio of existing customers in assigned territory and ensuring a high retention rate and customer satisfaction levels 
• Take proactive steps to encourage higher use from the low usage users 

 
Your experience

• A demonstrable track record of sales success in the management of accounts 
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills 
• Good knowledge of Fashion market, industry and retail in Italy
• Previous experience in B2B services 
• Previous experience in selling subscription/consultancy products within the business information industry is preferable 
• BA in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field 

• Please not that candidates MUST hold a full Driver’s license 

 
Language Requirements
Candidates must be fluent in Italian and English written and oral
