Replenishment Coordinator

PETstock has established itself as a retail market leader across the pet care industry. Due to our rapid growth, we are adding to our team, and you will play an important part of our success.

Based in our vibrant South Melbourne Office, you will:

Review daily replenishment and raise purchase orders
Analyse sales and stock trends to set appropriate replenishment parameters
Monitor and make recommendations to improve stock flow by store, sku, brand, category and supplier level taking store size and capacity into consideration
Be the key point of contact for stores regarding stock levels, deliveries, and supplier queries
Manage reporting and analysis requirements on a weekly and adhoc basis;
Assist with promotion management,
Assist with forecasting and inventory management

What you will bring…well that's easy, you've had 1-2 years experience in a similar replen or allocations role in a fast paced, retail environment, you are highly analytical, and you can spot an issue before it happens. With your high attention to detail, nothing gets past you…and you're a whiz with Excel, having worked with it daily running reports, forecasting & using to provide insights. To top it off and most importantly, with your customer focussed mindset, you build relationships both internally & externally with ease!
